"maybe she is a better agent than what our experience.... However Tamika based on my experience and the feedback of the body shop having to communicate with her.....I would say Tamika need a refresher course on PR and Communication... great day.. Take a Breath and Give people the change to respond without you trunk to Dominate the Conversation...I hope this is a one off.. but even 1 time is 1 time too many...Esp when you represent a Business that you do Not Own... at the end of the day she did Not treat the people at the body shop professionally or with respect...
