"While recently traveling across country our vehicle was hit by someone who ran a red light. We were able to continue our trip but dealing with the issues ( and other insurance company) was difficult to do since we were traveling and away from home. We were so very fortunate to be connected to Sky who was SO WONDERFUL! She called us each day, updating us, assuring us she was there to help us and gave us much comfort. "We don't expect to have accidents, but when it happens it's reassuring to have people like the ones at State Farm to see us through every step of the way. Tamika Walker's team, including Lauren "G", was there to hold our hands and guide us through the wickets of finding an outstanding collision repair company as well as making a car rental available right away. And finally they guided us through the claim process until we were whole again.
